Terms and Conditions

When booking an overnight stay with us, please provide your name, address, telephone number, and arrival and departure dates.
Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards, and no later than 20:00. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance.
Check-out time is until 12:00.
A cleaning fee of 100 SEK per room will be charged.
Guests are not allowed to sleep without sheets on the bed. You may bring your own or rent them from us (bed linen and towels) for 100 SEK per person.
The sauna and jacuzzi should not be used without clean towels or proper clothes.
The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until the full settlement of bills.
Payment is due upon arrival. For larger parties, the amount will be invoiced and must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. A deposit is required for larger groups, to be paid no later than 1 month before arrival. Food and/or beverages during the stay will be paid by card, either at the end of the stay or immediately.
Gopshusgården-Rum och Stugor Handelsbolag is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings and valuables such as money, jewelry, or any other items left in the room.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss, damage, harm, destruction, or defacement of the property or its contents. This includes intentional or unintentional actions that result in the need for repairs or replacement. This responsibility applies to the guests themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.

Cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before arrival without charge, if this happens later, 1/2 fee is charged.
For the Vasalopps weeks (V.8 and V.9) special cancellation rules apply:
Cancellation by 1 February – No charge.
Cancellation by 15 February – Half fee.
